Analysis of the Causes of Water Ingress in the Oil Tank of Cone Crusher

The use of oil in the cone crusher generally only decreases, but sometimes the oil level rises strangely. The root cause is mainly caused by water in the oil tank. So what are the reasons for the water in the oil tank?

cone crusher

1. The water pressure is higher than the oil pressure. During the operation of the cone crusher, the oil pressure of the thin oil smooth system is generally 0.05~0.15MPa, while the corresponding cooler water pressure of the thin oil smooth system is generally 0.025~ 0.08 MPa. When the lubricating system shows some problems, it may cause the oil pressure to be low. When the water pressure is higher than the oil pressure, it may be that the cooling water enters the cooled lubricating oil, and then the oil level in the fuel tank is increased. .

2. Water leakage in the cooler. In the case of a water leakage in the cooler, the water leaking from the cooler may flow directly into the oil tank, causing the oil level of the oil tank to rise.

3. The water supply of the water seal is too large, and sometimes the water supply of the water seal is too large, because the drainage capacity of the drain pipe is limited. If the dust-proof water cannot be discharged in time, it may cause overflow and overflow water. If it flows into the oil tank of the cone crusher, the oil level will increase.

4. The return pipe is blocked. Similar to the third situation above, if the drain pipe is blocked due to debris, the dust-proof water will not be discharged in time, resulting in the dust-proof water eventually flowing into the fuel tank, and then the cone crusher Increase in the oil level.
