How to determine that the hydraulic oil of the cone crusher needs to be replaced

1. If the color of the hydraulic oil of the cone crusher is dark brown, accompanied by an odor, it means that the oil has been oxidized and needs to be replaced with new oil.

2. The degree of water in the hydraulic oil of the cone crusher will affect its lubrication . There are usually two ways to judge the degree of water mixed in hydraulic oil: 1. The color of the hydraulic oil is milky white and the smell has not changed, indicating that the mixed person has too much water; 2. Take a small amount of hydraulic oil and drop it on the hot iron plate. If there is a sound, it means that it contains water and the oil should be replaced.

3. Judge the condition of impurities in the hydraulic oil of the cone crusher. After the machine has been working for a period of time, take a few drops of hydraulic oil and place it on your hands to check for metal particles. If there are more metal particles, it proves that the hydraulic oil contains impurities and the hydraulic oil should be replaced.

Fourth, when replacing the cone crusher oil, pay attention to it when the machine has just finished working, while the hydraulic oil is hot.

Fifth, cleaning fluid & use hydraulic oil with the same brand and used in the system. Never use kerosene or diesel as cleaning fluid. When cleaning, use as large a flow as possible to make the liquid flow in the pipeline turbulent, and complete the actions of each actuator, so as to flush out the contaminants from the pumps, alarms and hydraulic cylinders. After cleaning, drain the cleaning fluid in a hot state, and add new working fluid according to the method of changing the oil.
