How to maintain the hydraulic system of the cone crusher

Cone crushers are widely used in mine production. Its main advantages are high output, low operating cost, exquisite structure, simple operation, less protection, wide application range, and high utilization rate. Among them, hydraulic cone crushers are the traditional cone crushers. Based on the improvement, the crushing ability is large and the production efficiency is high. The key is the hydraulic system. So how is the hydraulic system of the hydraulic cone crusher protected and maintained?

1. Ensure that the inside of the cone crusher is clean. The ore processing produces a lot of dust, so pay attention to the dust removal during the use process, and also prevent water from entering the hydraulic oil.

2. To ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, it is recommended to use the same type of hydraulic oil for cleaning, otherwise, the cone crusher may be damaged.

3. When replacing hydraulic oil, it should be noted that a filter must be used when adding hydraulic oil, and the filter must be clean. The time of refueling should be appropriate, and the required oil level should be complied with.

4. Pay attention to the replacement time of hydraulic oil. The suggestion is to replace the hydraulic oil while the hydraulic oil is still hot shortly after the cone crusher is shut down. This will help to drain the oil and deposits cleanly, and then inject new hydraulic oil.
