1. Before starting, check the limestone crusher in many aspects, such as the wear of the crushing tooth plate, whether there is ore in the crushing cavity, whether the connecting bolts are loose, etc. No-load start, the mining equipment can be started after a period of time after start. Start the oil pump electricity and cooling system, after 3~4min, confirm that the oil pressure and oil flow indicator are normal, and then start the machine.

2. Always check whether the lubrication of each lubrication point is normal during operation. Pay attention to the temperature of the bearing, especially the temperature of the eccentric bearing should not exceed 600°C. Pay attention to check the wear of the discharge port, and adjust the size of the discharge port in time according to the wear condition to ensure the product size. The operator should feed the ore evenly, and it is not allowed to fill the ore. The larger size of the ore block should not be er than 0.85 times the width of the ore port. If the ore is fed too much or the crushing cavity is blocked, the ore feeding should be suspended, and the ore feeding machine shall be started after the ore in the crushing cavity is crushed.

3. When s*ping, the production process must be carried out in sequence after the limestone crusher s*s. The ore feed must be s*ped.
