1. Start-up sequence: discharging equipment-hydraulic cone crusher-feeding equipment;

2. Check and confirm that there is no staff in and around the crusher and wait for normal oil supply and lubrication. After 5 minutes of normal water supply, the hydraulic cone crusher can be started according to the starting order;

3. After the belt conveyor is running normally, start the hydraulic cone crusher at no load, and after idling for 2 minutes, there is no abnormal situation before feeding;

4. Equipped with continuous feeding equipment for feeding, and the feeding is even, the front side of the feeding port is ensured to install high-strength magnets, and the installation of the iron remover and belt conveyor must meet the requirements to ensure that no foreign matter such as metal enters the crusher to avoid damage to the equipment , Or cause an accident;

5. During operation, always pay attention to observe the current and temperature of the cone crusher motor, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 40℃, and the dyeing temperature should not exceed 80℃;

6. Every 30 minutes, observe whether the oil supply pressure and oil return volume of the thin oil station are within the normal value, and whether there are impurities such as water in the oil;

7. Check whether the oil cooler is working normally and whether the water temperature is normal every 1 hour; check whether the dust-proof water supply is sufficient and whether there is any leakage;

8. Always pay attention to observe the operating status of the cone crusher, whether there is aggravated vibration, whether there is abnormal noise, and whether the connecting bolts are stable;

9. Adjust the amount of ore in time to ensure that the amount of ore is evenly and appropriately added, and always observe whether there is any "non-crushed material" entering the crusher. If abnormal noise and vibration are found, the machine should be shut down for inspection immediately.
