The rotor is the core component of the sand making machine. The principle of the sand making machine is to use the inertial kinetic energy of the high-speed rotation of the rotor to project materials in the circumferential direction through the passage of the rotor wheel, and impact crushing or crushing of materials accumulated on the counter anvil or liner through the passage of the rotor wheel. The shaped and rebounded materials are crushed by a second blow through the integrated hammer plate outside the high-speed rotor. The vibration of the rotor due to some reason is likely to cause the vibration of the entire equipment, and the vibrating rotor will ly affect the use of the equipment, and even cause failure and shutdown. The general reasons are as follows:
1. The motor shaft and the rotor pulley are skewed
The motor transmits torque to the pulley at the lower end of the rotor through the pulley and belt. When the motor shaft and the rotor pulley are skewed, vibration will occur.
The solution is to re-align, after checking the installation, make sure that the motor shaft and rotor shaft are in normal operation without abnormal vibration.
2. The rotor bearing is damaged
The rotor system is generally composed of a rotor body, a main shaft, a bearing barrel, a rotor bearing, a pulley, and a seal. The component that maintains the high-speed and stable rotation of the rotor system is the rotor bearing. Damage to the bearing will cause severe vibration of the rotor. The solution is to select a bearing with a reasonable clearance or replace it with a new one. In the course of use, check regularly to see if the bearing needs to be replaced, so as not to delay production.
3. The rotor is unbalanced
The imbalance of other parts on the rotor will cause the rotor to be unbalanced and cause vibration, which requires careful inspection and adjustment of the rotor's balance.
After the rotor system is assembled, a dynamic balance test must be carried out to ensure that no vibration occurs at high speed; during use, such as when the hammer is changed and turned around, in order to prevent the weight of the rotor from losing balance, all the hammers in the crusher need to be changed together. U-turn, otherwise strong vibration will occur during operation, and the weight difference of the corresponding two groups should not exceed 5g during installation.
4. Material blockage
If the material is blocked, the material should be cleared in time. In order to prevent vibration caused by material clogging, the feeding specifications should be strictly controlled. Large particles and foreign objects that cannot be crushed should not enter the crusher. Also pay attention to the water content of the material at all times. If the material contains more water, it will stick in the crusher. , It gradually condenses into large pieces and adheres to the inner wall of the machine. If it is not cleaned in time, it will cause the material to block, so we must pay attention to the moisture of the feed.
5. The foundation is not firm or the anchor bolts are loose
When the sand making machine vibrates abnormally, check whether it is caused by the foundation and anchor bolts. If the foundation is not firm or the anchor bolts are loose, it will affect the stability of the machine. At this time, check and tighten the bolts, and try to check whether the foundation or bolts are loose at intervals in the future use. If there is any looseness, reinforce it in time.
