1. Material humidity. When the water content in the material is large, the material is easy to adhere to the sand making machine, and it is easy to cause blockage during the discharging and conveying process, resulting in a decrease in sand making capacity. If the humidity of the selected material is too high, sunlight or air drying can be used to reduce the percentage of moisture in the material.
2. Material viscosity. The higher the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere. High-viscosity materials will adhere to the inner wall of the flow channel cavity of the impeller of the impact crusher, and even block the flow channel. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will affect the working efficiency of the crusher, and even the normal operation of the crusher in severe cases.
3. Material hardness. In the production process of the sand making machine, the main factor affecting the difficulty of ore crushing is the hardness of the ore itself. Due to the uneven distribution of mechanical properties of * ore materials, materials with large sizes and many structural gaps have poor mechanical strength and are easy to break. However, the finer the grain size, the fewer the internal texture gaps, the higher the mechanical strength, and the less likely to break. The higher the hardness of the ore, the higher the density. The harder the material, the denser the texture structure of its own crushing, the more difficult it is to crush, the lower the crushing efficiency, the more serious the equipment wear, the slower sand making speed, and the lower efficiency.
4. Granularity and reasonable feeding amount. Each type of sand making machine has a limitation on the feed size. Too large feed size can easily cause blockage and cause the equipment to lose crushing kinetic energy. However, too much fine powder in the material input to the machine can also affect sand production. For materials with high fine powder content, screening should be done in advance. Screen out fine powder from the material as much as possible, so as not to affect the normal operation of the sand making machine. The finer the particle size of the crushed material, the er the crushing resistance, the er the crushing difficulty, the lower the efficiency, and the er the mechanical energy consumption.
