1. The vibrating screen should be repaired for the problems found during regular inspection of the vibrating screen. Vibrating screen repairs include timely adjustment of the tension of the V-belt, replacement of new belts, replacement of worn screen surfaces and longitudinal pads, replacement of damping springs, replacement of rolling bearings, transmission gears and seals, replacement of damaged bolts, repair of damage to screen frame components, etc. .

2. The side plates and beams of the screen frame should avoid stress concentration. Therefore, the vibrating screen is not allowed to be welded on these components. The vibrating screen should be replaced in time for the crack of the lower beam. When the side plate is found to be cracked, a 5mm hole should be drilled at the end of the crack in time, and then a reinforcing plate should be added to the cracked part. The disassembly, repair and assembly of the exciter should be carried out by full-time personnel in a clean place.

3. After the vibrating screen is disassembled, check the wear of the rolling bearings, the vibrating screen to check the gear tooth surface, the vibrating screen to check the connection of each component, the vibrating screen to clean the lubrication circuit in the box body to make it unblocked, and the vibrating screen to remove the attachments on each joint surface. Replace all seals and other damaged parts of the vibrating screen.
