The working principle and characteristics of circular vibrating screen

The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The vibrating screen has high screening efficiency, light weight, complete and diverse series, and many layers, which can meet the needs of dry material screening. The vibrating screen is mainly divided into linear vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen, high frequency vibrating screen and so on.

Circular vibrating screen refers to an inertia vibrating screen whose vibrating body, that is, a screen box, has an approximate circular motion trajectory. This vibrating screen is also called a uniaxial vibrating screen. The vibration force generated by the vibration source of the circular vibrating screen is an inertial force that changes in a positive direction around a fixed axis, and its essence is a centrifugal force formed by the rotation of the eccentric mass around the fixed axis.

After the circular vibrating screen is started, the vibrator of the sieve machine drives the vibrating screen box to make a directional jumping movement. During this time, the materials smaller than the sieve surface aperture fall to the lower layer through the sieve holes and become the under sieve, and the materials larger than the sieve surface aperture are continuously jumped. After the movement, it is discharged from the discharge port to complete the screening work.

Whether it is a seat-type or hanging-type circular vibrating screen, it generally consists of the following parts:   Vibrating body - screen box; vibration isolation - supporting spring group (seat-type installation) or spring hanger (hanging-type installation); Power unit - uniaxial vibration exciter;   drive unit - asynchronous motor; related accessories.
