During the production of cone crusher, there will be a series of small problems due to improper operation and maintenance of the equipment, and the heating of the body is one of the common problems of cone crusher. What are the reasons that cause the body of the cone crusher to heat up?
 

1. The cone crusher generates heat due to conflict. During the production process, there will be collisions and conflicts between the parts of the crushing equipment, and after a long-term conflict, the body of the equipment will be overheated.

2. The rotor bearing of the crushing equipment is out of balance. The imbalance of the cone crusher rotor will cause the equipment body to oscillate too much, aggravate the conflict between the parts, and then cause the equipment body to heat up.

3. The bearing of the crushing equipment is severely worn. When the bearing of the crushing machine is severely worn, the abnormal operation of the bearing will cause the power of the equipment to increase, causing the body of the crushing equipment to heat up.

4. The lubricating oil filling of the equipment is not suitable. Too much lubricating oil in the cone crusher will cause the bearing temperature to rise, causing the equipment to heat up. Therefore, the crusher manufacturer reminds the user not to exceed two-thirds of the fuel tank when adding lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is too small or contains impurities, and the lubricating oil is too thick or too thin, it will cause the body to heat up, so pay attention to the selection of lubricating oil.
