The function of lubricating oil for multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is to lubricate and dissipate heat. Poor lubrication is likely to cause serious wear of the copper sleeve, copper chips and copper skins appear on the oil return filter, and even the copper sleeve is burned. The horizontal shaft, the eccentric sleeve and the moving cone of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher belong to the friction part, and the copper sleeve is designed, so the function of lubrication is mainly to improve the friction state of the copper sleeve, reduce the friction resistance, and slow down the wear of the copper parts. The heat dissipation function of lubricating oil is to take away the heat generated by the crusher through lubricating oil.

The lubricating oil from the oil tank is cooled by the radiator *, and then enters the crusher, which absorbs the heat of the crusher and takes it out of the crusher while lubricating. In order to protect the copper sleeve of the crusher from being burned, it is required that the temperature in the crusher should not be too high, that is, the return temperature of the lubricating oil should not exceed 55 °C. If it exceeds 55°C, wait for the temperature to drop before resuming the feeding. If the temperature exceeds 60°C, the crusher should be turned off, and the lubricating pump must not be turned off until the temperature drops below 45°C.

Dust protection and sealing are key factors in whether the lubricating oil can be kept clean. On the one hand, dust protection refers to the dustproof of the process flow, namely the crushing and screening system, and on the other hand, it refers to the dustproof of the inside of the crusher. If the dustproof of the process system is not done well, the entire production environment will be full of dust, which is very unfavorable to the heat dissipation and dustproof of the crusher.

The general purpose of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is to use the blower to generate positive air pressure to prevent dust. Appropriate air volume and reasonable dust-proof sealing gap can achieve good dust-proof effect. Its dustproof seal usually adopts the sealing method similar to the labyrinth form such as U-type and 1-type. If the lubricating oil is easy to be dirty during use, you can smear about 1/3 of the lubricating grease in the sealing groove, which can achieve good sealing and dustproof effect after practical test.
