3. For the adjusted ore discharge port, the method of steel wire lead ball can be used to measure the size of the ore discharge port through the crushing chamber to the ore discharge port.
After the operator adjusts the discharge opening of the cone crusher, he can measure the size of the discharge opening with a steel wire lead ball, lift the adjustment ring, and twist the equipment to put the lead ball into the crushing cavity, and the four sides are opposite to each other along the circumference of the crushing cavity. Whether the adjustment of the position measurement discharge port is accurate, and the adjusted size of the discharge port of the cone crusher requires a locking cylinder to lock the adjustment ring and then restart the cone crusher.
