What is the process of adjusting the discharge of a vertical shaft impact crusher?

When processing stones, if the vertical shaft impact crusher needs to adjust the discharge particle size, different methods can be selected. Generally speaking, there are three ways to adjust the flow rate of the machine:

1. Adjust the gap between the impact plate and the grinding chamber and adjust the impeller speed;

2. The vertical shaft impact crusher can be adjusted by hydraulic and mechanical methods. The hydraulic adjustment system can be used to efficiently adjust the gap through the operation button. By adjusting the impeller speed, the production and processing of sand and gravel with different particle sizes can be achieved.

3. When adjusting the size of the discharge port, it is necessary to adjust the serrated thread, conical liner and support sleeve of the adjustment ring. After the adjustment ring is screwed into the thread, the fixed umbrella plate is raised or lowered by rotating the adjustment ring, thereby adjusting the size of the discharge port.

The above three adjustment methods can achieve the purpose of discharging adjustment, which provides convenience for the production of finished sand and gravel products of different specifications.
