How to resolve a blockage in the oil circuit of a hydraulic cone crusher?

Hydraulic cone crusher uses a thin oil circulation lubrication system and primarily consists of an oil tank, oil pump, filter, safety valve, and accumulator. Two independent lubrication lines continuously lubricate key components (such as the main shaft bearing, eccentric sleeve bearing, and spherical bearing). So, how to resolve a blockage in the oil circuit of a hydraulic cone crusher?

1. Check the oil circuit. First, shut off the power to the hydraulic cone crusher to ensure safety. Inspect the hydraulic system's oil circuit for blockage, including components such as the oil pipes, filters, and valves.

2. Clean the filter. If the oil pressure differential exceeds 0.04 MPa, the filter may be clogged and needs cleaning. Temporarily bypass the filter to confirm whether the filter is the cause of the blockage. Remove the filter, clean it, and then reinstall it.

3. Check the oil circuit connections. Check that all connections are tight to prevent leaks.

4. Check the oil pump. A problem with the pump could also cause an oil circuit blockage. Check the oil pump for proper operation and replace it if necessary.

5. Replace the oil. Poor oil quality can sometimes cause oil line blockage. Check that the oil meets specifications and consider replacing it with new hydraulic oil.
