2. Hydraulic system cleaning. Clean or replace the hydraulic system filter to ensure the efficiency of the filtration system and prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. Regularly clean the hydraulic system piping and oil tank of the hydraulic cone crusher to remove sediment and old oil residue.

3. Component inspection. Check the hydraulic cylinder of the cone crusher for leaks and the integrity of the seals. If leaks are detected, replace the seals promptly. Check the working condition of all joints, valves, pumps, and other components to ensure they are not loose, worn, or malfunctioning. Check the hydraulic system's cooling system to ensure the radiator is functioning properly and is not clogged.

4. Performance Test: Test the hydraulic system's pressure and flow to ensure they are normal. Adjust the pressure setting to meet the crusher's operating requirements. Check the hydraulic system's response speed to ensure quick and accurate operation.
