1. Ensure that the inside of the cone crusher is clean. Because more dust is generated during the processing of ore, attention should be paid to the removal of dust during use, and it must also be prevented from entering the hydraulic oil.

2. To ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system, it is recommended to use the same type of hydraulic oil for cleaning, if it is impossible to damage the cone crusher.

3. Replace the hydraulic oil in time. It should be noted that the filter must be used when adding the hydraulic oil. At the same time, the filter must be clean. The oil must be properly filled and the specified oil level must be followed.

4. Pay attention to the replacement time of the hydraulic oil. Shortly after the cone crusher is shut down, replace the hydraulic oil while the hydraulic oil is still hot, so that the operating oil will help to drain the oil and deposits, and then inject new hydraulic oil.
