In order to reduce the conflict barrier and successfully install the shaft sleeve, the surface of the cone crusher shaft sleeve can be coated with a thin layer of smooth oil before pressing. When using wild press, it is necessary to prevent the shaft sleeve protection. It is not possible to directly hit the cone crushing shaft sleeve with a hammer. A soft non-metallic pad should be placed on the upper end of the shaft sleeve, and the guide shaft or the guide sleeve should be used to interact with the shaft sleeve. When press-fitting with a press, the pressing progress of the shaft sleeve is not suitable for fast, and the cooperation status of the shaft sleeve and the bearing hole should be checked at any time.
However, in actual production, the thin and long shaft sleeve is not suitable for disassembly by pressing-in method, so the time difference method should be adopted for disassembly, which can prevent the protection of the cone crushing shaft sleeve. After the bushing is pressed into the bearing hole, the inner diameter of the bushing will be reduced because of the interference cooperation. Therefore, the shaft journal is not installed in the bushing beforehand, and the measurement is s*ped in response to the cooperation between the journal and the bearing housing. In production, it is necessary to judge its installation according to the actual situation.
When installing the cone crusher, use the coloring method to check the contact between the cone crusher journal and the bushing, and pay attention to installing all the complete machines on the shaft. A layer of red lead oil should be applied to the shaft journal, and then the shaft should be turned around in the positive and negative positions of the shaft bushing. There will be bright spots on the bushing surface. Use a scraper to scrape off the spots. During installation, the main function of the * clearance is to maintain solid conflicts to facilitate the formation of an oil film. The secondary function is to accumulate and freeze smooth oil. Opening an oil groove or icing zone in the side gap can increase the icing effect of the oil and ensure that the smooth oil is continuously sucked into the entire load of the cone crusher bearing.
