To solve the problem of dust pollution, one is to use external force to control the source of dust to avoid its spread, and the other is to improve the local structure of the machine. The specific measures are as follows:

1. Install a sealed cover for each dust source, and the main thing is to equip with a water spray device and a dust suction device.

Two water spray nozzles can be set in the three main parts of the inlet, the outlet and the movable jaw crushing cavity. The two nozzles at the manhole point to the inlet; the two nozzles at the outlet form an angle relative to each other. The sprayed mist is formed into a cross state to achieve the spray effect; the nozzle at the crushing cavity is set behind the movable jaw and is at an angle to the horizontal.

A vacuum cleaner can be installed at the discharge port and the inspection port behind the movable jaw of the crushing chamber. The vacuum cleaner of the discharge port vacuum cleaner is about 1000mm away from the discharge port, and the plane of the suction hood is perpendicular to the direction of dust flow; after moving the jaw The connecting duct between the vacuum cleaner hood and the fan is designed as a flexible duct to facilitate the refueling of the broken mobile jaw and daily maintenance.

2. The structure can be modified and optimized in terms of inclination angle, tooth plate, etc. of the chute.

The measure to reduce the potential energy difference of the material height is to reduce the inclination angle of the chute.

When the overall size remains unchanged, the number of teeth of the tooth plate is increased, and the tooth profile is relatively smaller.

3. In addition to the above two aspects, the unreasonable production process and the blockage of the sieve plate can also lead to the increase of dust. Therefore, it is necessary to use mature technology and equipment for production as much as possible, and the transportation process should be closed. Conveying equipment with good , and timely cleaning the screen so that a part of the small particles and dust can be filtered out before the material is crushed.
