The maintenance of the cone crusher generally includes the two main parts of lubrication and maintenance. Frequent attention and timely lubrication of the friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the machine and the extension of its service life. In the aspect of maintenance, the cone crusher should be regularly checked for replacement parts, regular maintenance, and equipment maintenance record logs. Crushing hard materials makes the equipment wear more obvious. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a detailed service life test for the frequently worn parts of the cone crusher, so as to know the operating limits of the equipment.

The cone crusher can be turned on after confirming that there is no material in the crushing cavity. The starting sequence in the entire sand production line is dust collector (optional), discharge conveyor, cone crusher, feed conveyor, vibration Feeder, etc. To prevent steel items or parts from falling into the crushing cavity, if conditions permit, install a detection iron removal device after the vibrating feeder. Adjust the feeding amount of the feeder and gradually increase from small to large. Generally, the height of the material in the crushing chamber should be controlled to four-fifths of the height of the crushing chamber, and it should be noted that the size of the feed should not exceed five-fifths of the width of the feed opening. Fourth, the feed size is continuous and uniform, and the cone crusher can perform its proper efficiency normally.
