What to do if the motor of the sand making machine is broken

The motor is the key point of all sand making machine equipment, so in the big market, the quality of the sand making machine's motor is uneven. How do we ensure that the quality of the sand making machine we buy is good? What if the motor fails during production?

1. Fault check

When the checked rolling bearing is running out of oil, the sound of bones will be heard. If you hear discontinuous stems, it may be that the bearing steel ring is broken. When the bearing is mixed with sand and other debris or the bearing parts are slightly worn, a slight noise will be generated.

After disassembly, the sand making machine's bearing rolling elements and inner and outer steel rings were checked for damage, rust, and scars. Then pinch the inner ring of the bearing with your hand to make the bearing smooth, while pushing the outer steel ring with the other hand. If the bearing is in good condition, the outer steel ring should rotate smoothly, without vibration and obvious jamming during rotation, and the outer steel ring should not retreat after s*ping. Otherwise the bearing can no long be used. Hold the outer ring with your left hand and the inner ring with your right hand, applying force in all directions. If you feel loose when pushing, it will be severely worn.

2. Breakdown repair

The rust spots on the outer surface of the bearing can be wiped off with No. 00 sandpaper, and then cleaned with gasoline. If the bearing is cracked, the inner and outer rings are broken, or the bearing is excessively worn, the bearing should be replaced with a new one. In the sand making machine, when replacing the new bearing, the bearing of the same model as the original one should be selected.

3. Overhaul of rotating shaft failure

(1) If the shaft is bent: not bent, it can be repaired by polishing the journal and slip ring. If the bend exceeds 0.2 mm, you can place the shaft under the press and correct the pressure at the bend. Use a lathe to cut and polish the corrected shaft surface. If the bending is too large, a new shaft needs to be replaced.

(2) Axle journal wear: The journal wear is not large, a layer of chromium can be plated on the journal, and then ground to the required size. When there is a lot of wear, the journal can be surfacing and then cut and polished on the lathe. If the journal is worn too much, you can also cut 2-3 mm on the journal lathe, then rotate the sleeve, heat it on the journal, and then rotate to the required size.
