How to solve the dust generated by the impact crusher

The impact crusher is widely used in the crushing industry. However, due to the collision between the stone and the crushing process, a large amount of dust will be generated during the crushing process, causing certain pollution to the environment. So, how is this dust created and how can it be resolved?
 

1. The impact crusher will inevitably generate dust during crushing.

2. The impact crusher has a long working time. After long-term operation, the impact plate and the hammer head will be worn, and even the hammer head will break. Wear of the consumables will make the impact seal worse, causing a large amount of small particle powder to fly out.

3. The crushed material is mainly completed by multi-stage crushing in the crushing chamber, and the fineness of the material is small. During operation, powder particles easily fly out and generate dust.

After explaining the reasons for the formation of dust, introduce some methods to deal with the dust during the crushing process:

1. Clean up the dust in time to avoid secondary pollution caused by secondary dust.

2. For the crusher, when the powder produced by the crusher is larger, the sealing cover can be used, or the large powder can be sealed in the whole smaller environment of the crusher.

3. Ensure the humidity of the material and reduce dust without affecting the crushing.

4. Install exhaust system to store air flow in local dust environment to reduce dust.
