Analysis of Damage Causes of Vibration Damping Spring of Circular Vibrating Screen

The vibration damping spring of the circular vibrating screen is seriously distorted and deformed, and the two springs gnaw on each other, causing the whole vibrating screen box to tilt backward and fall.
 

After analysis, it is believed that there may be two main reasons for this situation in the circular vibrating screen:

1. The upper and lower pressure plates of the damping spring are not level;

2. The center lines of the upper and lower connecting block bolts connecting the two springs are asymmetrical, resulting in the two springs not being perpendicular to the pressure plate, and the two springs being not parallel.

To solve the problem, only change the distance between the two screw holes of the upper platen so that it is the same as the distance between the two screw holes of the lower platen, which is 290mm. The method of surfacing can be used to block the original hole of the upper platen and grind it flat. Find the center and re-open the hole. After treatment, the two springs are perpendicular to the pressure plate, and the two springs are kept parallel, and there is no damage to the damping spring after the transformation.
