When the moving cone leaves this section, the materials that have been crushed to the desired particle size fall under the action of their own gravity and are discharged from the bottom of the cone.
 

When the cone crusher feeds iron, the iron pieces are hard and cannot be broken, and are stuck between the moving and fixed cone lining plates. At the moment when the cone crusher is trying to break, the pressure increases instantaneously, the power also increases, and the oil temperature rises; The machine detects that there are iron pieces entering the inside of the crusher. After that, the crusher will reduce the pressure, lower the main shaft, increase the ore discharge port, and discharge iron to prevent the damage of the crusher from expanding. But in this process, the damage to the crusher is very large. At this time, what should I do if the cone crusher enters the iron block when it is working?

1: The hydraulic cavity cleaning system is adopted, and the hydraulic solenoid valve is opened to make the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the equipment supply oil in reverse.

2: With the continuous lifting of the support sleeve, a large opening force is formed between the inner and outer cones of the crushing cavity, and the iron blocks stuck in the crushing cavity will gradually slide down under the action of gravity and be discharged from the crushing cavity.

3: If the iron block in the crushing chamber is too large and cannot be discharged by hydraulic action, the iron block can be cut with a cutting gun and discharged from the crushing chamber.

During the above operation, the maintenance worker cannot put any part of the body into the crushing chamber, and the parts in the cone crusher may move suddenly and cause damage.
