1. The bearing of the sand making machine is inflexible

The reason for the inflexible operation of the bearing may be that there is a problem with the sealing cover of the bearing, and foreign matter enters. If the foreign matter is only in the sealing cover, it will cause the bearing running resistance to increase, the running speed to slow down or sudden death; but if the foreign matter enters the bearing, it will make the lubricating oil fail and have a er impact on the bearing. Therefore, when this happens, the sealing cover should be opened, checked for foreign objects, and cleaned up.

2. The bearing temperature of the sand making machine is abnormally increased

Abnormally high bearing temperatures can cause clearances inside the bearing to be eliminated. If there is no reasonable clearance, it is easy to cause the bearing to get stuck or the cage to be damaged.

Generally speaking, there are three reasons for this. There are foreign objects such as dust entering; there is a problem with the lubricating oil, either not enough or the quality is not good; the bearing life is expired and should be replaced with a new one.

Therefore, when the bearing temperature is abnormal, you can * check the seal, clean up foreign objects, and then check whether it is necessary to add lubricant or replace other brands of lubricants. Of course, you should also pay attention to recording the service time of the bearing at ordinary times, and replace it after the service life is dyed.

3. Oil leakage from the upper and lower ends of the shaft of the sand making machine

When the seal fails, dust enters, the oil seal is dry ground, and the gap between the oil seal and the shaft sleeve increases, oil leakage will occur. If there is only occasional oil leakage, don't worry about it, but if the oil leaks for a long time, there will be problems with the lubrication of the bearing, and faults such as grease oxidation, bearing wear, and temperature rise will also follow.

Therefore, in the case of oil leakage, the oil seal and shaft sleeve should be checked. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time, and pay attention to whether the long-term oil leakage causes damage to the bearing.
