The accumulated material in the rotor of the sand making machine can protect the inner wall of the rotor, and more importantly, protect the rotor throwing head from direct wear and impact.

Insufficient accumulated material in the rotor of the sand making machine will expose the throwing head, causing the rotor hammer to directly cut large stones, causing premature wear of the throwing head and falling off the grinding plate of the clamp block; too much accumulated material will also cause friction with the rotor Friction affects the service life of the rotor.

If the internal accumulation of the rotor is considered, the wear of the upper and lower wear plates should be uniform, and the rotor throwing head can be fully utilized, thereby reducing production consumption.

1. The material accumulated inside the rotor can protect the wearing parts and not hinder the material from passing through the crusher.
2. The accumulated material is not in contact with the side wall and bottom of the feed barrel to prevent premature wear.
3. The material flow in and out of each throwing hole is the same, so the wear degree of the throwing head is similar.
