2. The air gap between the iron core and the armature should be kept balanced at any time. Check whether the bolts are loose and whether the gap is normal. If the plate spring tightening bolts are loose or the plate spring is broken, the air gap between the iron core and the armature will change or Impact, to be dealt with immediately.

3. Regularly check whether the hoisting device is loose. If the hoisting device is loose, the four corners of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder will be unbalanced and affect the quality of feeding. Once found, it should be tightened immediately.

4. The sealing cover of the vibrator must be covered well to prevent dust from entering and blocking the gap between the leaf springs, and the sealing cover should be cleaned frequently to accumulate dust. the

5. The lubrication work of the vibrating feeder must be done well, and the bearing must be filled with lubricating oil regularly during use. Refill every two months, every 30 days in high temperature season; dismantle the motor every 6 months, and replace the internal bearings.
