2. Clean the jammed material of the jaw crusher. Remove the large pieces of material or foreign matter stuck in the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher. Use special tools to operate carefully to avoid damage to the jaw crusher equipment.

3. Check the feeding system of the jaw crusher. Ensure that the feeding system is normal to avoid excessive materials from entering the jaw crusher directly. Consider installing screening equipment or pre-crushing equipment in front of the feeding port of the jaw crusher.

4. Adjust the feeding speed. Too fast feeding speed may cause material accumulation. Adjust the feeding speed to an appropriate level.

5. Check the jaw plate gap of the jaw crusher. Too small jaw plate gap of the jaw crusher may cause material jamming. Check and adjust the jaw plate gap to an appropriate range.
