1. Foundation bearing capacity. The foundation must have sufficient bearing capacity to support the weight of the hydraulic cone crusher and the dynamic load generated during operation.
2. Foundation size. The size of the foundation should be determined according to the specific model and installation drawing of the hydraulic cone crusher to ensure that the equipment can be firmly installed on the foundation.
3. Foundation levelness. The foundation surface should maintain good levelness, and the horizontal error is generally required to be no more than 0.1mm/m to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
4. Reserved hole position. Holes should be reserved in the foundation for installing anchor bolts, and the position and depth of the reserved holes should be consistent with the installation drawings.
5. Foundation strength. The strength grade of the foundation concrete should meet the design requirements, and is generally required to be no less than C30.
6. Shock absorption measures. As needed, rubber pads or other types of shock absorption materials can be installed between the foundation and the hydraulic cone crusher to reduce the vibration generated during the operation of the equipment.
