1. Check whether the fixing bolts on the bottom of the jaw crusher are fastened. If the bolts become loose during operation, it will cause the equipment to be unstable and cause equipment vibration. Therefore, in production, we need to check the firmness of the foundation bolts and find that they must be tightened in time.

2. If the main shaft of the jaw crusher is unbalanced or overloaded for a long time, it will cause severe bending and deformation of the main shaft, which will cause equipment vibration. At this time, we need to correct the main shaft in time. If it is impossible to correct, we need to replace the new main shaft in time.

3. Excessive swing of the moving jaw will also cause abnormal vibration of the fuselage. Therefore, a conveyor belt with the same size as the adjustment pad is used as a cushion pad between the adjustment pads to reduce the swing pressure of the moving jaw and weaken the vibration within a certain range. . 4. Improper installation of bearings, unreasonable bearing clearances or damage to the bearings will also cause equipment body vibration.
