1. Self-vibration of the jaw crusher
Because the volume of the jaw crusher is relatively large, the internal hammer head will drive the machine to vibrate when it rotates. In the production line, the hammer head is driven by the belt conveyor to complete the crushing operation. The hammer head will roll back and forth during work. Therefore, there will be a certain amount of noise, which is unavoidable, so it is required to ensure the quality of equipment and parts during production, so as to avoid a certain amount of noise.
 

2. Improper operation
Generally speaking, after the jaw crusher has been working for a period of time, it needs to be overhauled and maintained. If the operation and maintenance methods are not proper, the equipment will be damaged or even reduce the service life. There will be noise, for example, if the discharge is blocked, there will be the noise of stone hitting the machine; if the belt deviates, there will be the sound of belt hitting; after the equipment fails, it needs to be dealt with in time to reduce the noise.

3. The installation position is unstable
When installing the jaw crusher, be sure to choose a stable place, so as to avoid abnormal noise due to excessive trembling. The vibrating sound of the machine itself caused inconvenience to the residents.
